Employee directory
directory uses the information of theLocation:

Data grid columns:

Employee names are now accessible to all users. All other fields are dependent on access settings.Name — name of the employee.

Username — username of the employee.

Description — brief description.

ID — employee IDs.
If the employee has only one ID, the name of this ID is displayed. If the employee has two or more IDs, the table displays Multiple IDs.

User role — employee's title.

Inactive — user account temporarily deactivated.

Personal profile — personal information (employee's first and last name).

Language pack — language packs with sets of laguages used to manage the system.

Log in with password — use password when logging in to the system.

Document prefix — code included in the document number to link it to the employee who created the document.
The directory context menu contains the following commands:

The , and windows are used for adding, viewing and editing information about new employees.
The delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting the information from the
directory.The window is used to select employees from form fields in other windows.
