Stock adjustment records document list
The document list is used for managing stock adjustment records.

This window can also be opened using the command in the context menu of the directory.
The document list is created using a filter to display records from selected stores in a specified date range.
The viewer window is opened by the filter steps , and .
Stock adjustment record document list
The window contains a panel with filter parameters and a panel displaying a list of the stock adjustment records that match the selected filter parameters.
Data grid columns:

Document — stock adjustment record number. If the document store status is Running, the
icon will be displayed to the right of the record number. If its store status is Execution error, the 
icon will be displayed. -
Date — date and time of the documented stock adjustment operation.

Description — short description of the stock adjustment record.

Store — name of the store where stock items were held.

Total (c) — total value of the goods in the stock adjustment record.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the stock adjustment record.

Type — stock adjustment record type.

Status — stock adjustment record status.

Not ready — document is open for changes. Document has not been run on the store, or has been run but results were canceled. Status is illustrated by the
icon. -
Drawn up — document is closed for changes. Document has not been run on the store. Illustrated by the
icon. -
Registered— document has been created and processed, no changes can be made. Illustrated by the
icon. -
Deleted — the document is queued for deletion. Illustrated by the
icon.

Status (overall) — overall status of the stock adjustment record.

Status (store) — status of stock adjustment record after processing by the storekeeping system. Status can be one of the following:

OK - document successfully processed.

Running - document is being processed.

Error — error occurred when processing the document.

Context menu commands:

— create new stock adjustment record.

— edit selected stock adjustment record.

— permanently delete stock adjustment record.
This command is only available for documents with the status Not ready.
Tip
If the command is unavailable, select Not ready in the menu.

— process stock adjustment record on store.
This command is only available for documents with the status Execution error.
Tip
If an error occurs during processing, fix the cause of the error and use the command to process the document again.

When selecting one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When selecting documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

New stock adjustment records are added using the and windows. The and windows are used for editing.
The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting stock adjustment records.
