Stock adjustment record windows
Windows used with stock adjustment records:
The entry window is used to enter a new stock adjustment record.
Entry window
The New stock movement record window is opened by the command from the directory context menu.
The window contains a second panel named Specification.

Form fields in the Properties panel:

Document — stock adjustment record number. Required field.
The stock-out record number can be automatically generated or entered manually. Automatic generation occurs when the window is opened or when the selection button in the Document field is pressed. Automatic numbers are generated using the template specified in the directory.
An icon is displayed in the Document field to illustrate the status of the stock adjustment record. If the store status is Running or Error, the icons
or 
are displayed respectively.Stock adjustment record numbers can be used for grouping data in the table and in report printouts.

Description — short description of the stock adjustment record.
Any arbitrary text can be entered into this field as a description of the stock adjustment record.

Date — date and time of the stock adjustment operation. Required field.
The current date and time are automatically inserted when the window is opened, but can be edited. The date entered in the stock adjustment record must correspond to the date that the actual adjustment operation was carried out.
The date can be entered in short format DD.MM.YY (DD.MM.YYYY) or long format DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS.
Attention
Calculation of the cost price and purchase price of stock items in the specification of the stock adjustment record is carried out for the date and time the record was created (specified in the Date field).

Store — name of the store where stock items were held. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
The store name identifies the store in which stock levels will be changed when the document is processed. If a stock item is included in a stock adjustment record with the Stock-out type, its level will be decreased. If the type is Stock-in, its level will be increased.
Store names can be used for grouping information in the viewer window and in various reports.
Store names can similarly be used to group information in printed reports.

Employee — user name of the employee who created the stock adjustment record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window. The user name of the current system user is entered into this field by default.
User names are used for monitoring the completeness and correctness of goods receipt and consumption records.
User names of employees can be used to group information in the viewer window and in various reports.
User names can similarly be used to group information in printed reports.

Type — type of stock adjustment record. Required field.
Selection is made in the window.
Stock adjustment record types can be used for grouping information in the viewer window and in various reports.

Status — status of stock movement record. Required field.
Value is selected from:

Not ready,
-
Drawn up,
-
Registered.
Access settings determine which users can assign which statuses to stock adjustment records.

Clicking enters the new stock adjustment record to the list without closing the window.
Clicking enters the new stock adjustment record to the list and closes the window.
Selecting will close the window without saving any changes.
The command in the menu is disabled.
Multiple entry window
If multiple documents are added simultaneously from the clipboard to the list of stock adjustment records, the multiple stock adjustment records entry window will open.

The multiple stock adjustment records entry window contains a panel with a list of the documents from the clipboard.
The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
The editor window allows one or more stock adjustment records to be edited.
The editor window is opened by the command in the context menu when one or more stock adjustment records are selected.

If one stock adjustment record is selected, the window opens.

The fields and panels are the same as in the window.
If the stock adjustment record has the status Drawn up or Registered, none of its properties except for its status can be edited. All fields in the editor window except the Status field are disabled:

Multiple editor window
The multiple stock adjustment records editor window opens when more than one stock adjustment record is selected for editing.
The name of the window is . This window includes a panel with a list of the selected stock adjustment records.
If multiple stock adjustment records with the status Not ready were selected, changes made in the editor window will be applied to all the selected stock adjustment records:
