Tillypad XL Manager main window
When you log in to Tillypad XL Manager, you will see a window similar to this:

The menu on the left is the main system menu. Its contents will vary depending on your user permissions - if you don't have any degree of access to anything contained in a particular menu section, that section won't be displayed at all.
The menu in the illustration above is for a user with full access permissions. The remaining white space in the window is referred to as the 'workspace' or 'working area'.
