Access

The Access menu is used to configure access permission for employees according to their user roles.

The Access menu contains user roles and information about employees. Each user role is assigned access permissions to certain parts of the system.

The Access menu helps define menus, directory elements and operations that are available to users in Tillypad XL Manager.

The Access menu also allows to define working modes, objects and operations that are available to the user in Tillypad XL POS.

Directories in the Access menu must be filled when setting up Tillypad XL Manager. The information can be changed later.

Access directories

The Employees directory contains the list of all employees with their personal information, user names and passwords for access to Tillypad XL.

Security categories enable control over which users can view or change certain objects. The Security categories directory contains the list of security categories used in the system.

The Security categories directory is also used to manage access settings for selected security categories.

Access keys allowing users to perform various operations, view and edit information in directories and lists are configured using access templates that are contained in the Access templates directory.

The Access templates directory is also used to manage access settings for selected access templates.

Access rights depend on user roles. User roles are stored in the User roles directory. The User roles directory is also used to manage access settings for selected user roles.

Employees' working hours are registered in the Timesheet log.

The Change password window allows users to change their own passwords.
