The keyboard shortcut action type window is used to import keyboard shortcut action types from an external file.

The window is opened by:

Fields in the window are populated with data from the imported file.

The fields and panels are the same as in the New keyboard shortcut action type window.

When the imported file contains multiple keyboard shortcut action types, the Keyboard shortcut action types. window will open. The Query and Filter settings panels are not displayed.

The Query panel is used to specify the SQL query used by the keyboard shortcut action.

The panel contains a multi-line text field for entering the SQL query.

The Query field context menu contains the command Test query. This command tests the query for errors and displays test results in a popup window named Query result.

The Filter settings panel is used to select the filter parameters (filter steps) used for selecting data for the keyboard shortcut action.

Filter steps are added using the New filter step window. The Filter step window is used for editing.

The permanent delete confirmation prompt is used when deleting filter steps.
