The Tillypad XL system supports various client loyalty reward programs with points. The number of points earned by the regular customer on each visit is summed up according to point types. When a certain amount of points has been reached, the client can receive a discount. Earned points can also be taken into account when the client pays their guest tab.

The information about points earned by the regular customer is stored in the Regular customer point balances list. Earned and spent points are recorded in points adding and deducting operations in the Regular customer points operations log.

You can customize the rules of earning points in order to get discounts, the minimum and maximum possible number of points used for discount calculation in the Promotion types directory.

You can add and deduct points both manually and by running a software task. After you have created a task to add or deduct points, you can run it automatically according to a pre-set schedule or manually, if necessary.
