Regular customer point balances operational report

Regular customer point balances are the number of points accumulated by the regular customers at this time as a result of their previous visits. These points can be used for discounting in the sales system in your enterprise or in the partner sales systems.

The points are accumulated when they are added (when selling menu items to the client) or deducted (when providing a discount to the client, because the points expired or the promotion ended). These operations can be performed automatically on the terminal, as well as manually using the Regular customer points operations list.

At any given moment of time, you can view the points movements for each regular customer (in the Regular customer points operations list) as well as points balance on the account (in the Regular customer point balances operational report).

The number of points is one of the values determining the discounts. You can specify the minimum and maximum amount of points for the promotion type; the promotion will apply only within this range. The promotion will be calculated if the balance is greater than the minimum points value, but less than the maximum value.
