Regular customers of your enterprise can be represented by individuals and organizations, for example: visitors, partner companies and external organisations or their representatives.

You might want to provide special service conditions for your regular customers or clients of partner systems (promotion programmes, bonuses, personal announcements and greetings, personal account management).

The system allows you to identify individual and group customers and store data about all contacts between them and your enterprise. Customers can be identified by their personal profiles or other attributes (surname, name, hotel number), personal or impersonal IDs (magnetic cards, smart cards, electronic keys, barcode cards), аs well as a mobile phone call from a phone number stored in the system.

The Tillypad XL Manager allows to accumulate various information about regular customers of your enterprise. For clients in the form of an organization, this is, for example: name, business domain, contact person. For regular customers this is, for example: name and surname, age, address and contact phone numbers, gastronomic preferences etc.

Regular customers can enjoy special discounts and bonuses, have regular customer accounts and associated settlement cards. Regular customer accounts form a client purse. You can add conventional units (points) to the regular customer account. After you have added points to the client account, the customer can enjoy available bonuses.

You can also set up a promotion category for a regular customer. The promotion category of the customer is then entered in their guest tab and can complement other promotion categories specified for this guest tab, order, order item, division, or table.

Promotion categories determine related sales rules, discounts provided to the client, points earned by the client, credit limits etc.

The system allows you to record every visit of a regular client who presented their ID. The system registers orders made by a regular customer and spent amounts, operations on regular customer accounts and account balances, number of earned and spent points.

To manage details of regular clients of your enterprise, please use the Regular customers directory. Information about accounts, opened for regular customers, about earned points and about IDs issued to the client is also stored in this directory.
