For operations and transactions carried out in Tillypad XL various documents are created.

Document numbers are either ented manually by <font> <u>employees</u> </font> or generated automatically according to templates that are called document number formats. These formats are contained in the Number generators directory.

The Number settings directory contains a list of document number formats related to different document types. Document types are hard-coded and cannot be changed by the user.
