IDs can be join into groups.

ID groups can be nested to any number of levels.

The IDs directory displays both ID groups and IDs. The ID groups directory displays only ID groups.

Changes made in the ID groups directory are saved to the IDs directory and vice versa.

Security categories are used to limit employee access to different ID groups and IDs. The security category applied to an ID group defines the access restrictions for the IDs contained in it.

Subscription can be configured for ID groups, enabling them to be updated by replication.
