Reasons for restricted POS terminal operations

Certain operations carried out on POS terminals in Tillypad XL POS require reasons to be specified. Such operations are restricted POS terminal operations:

deletion (voiding) of guest tabs, orders and order items;
modification of guest tabs (number of customers, tables, promotion categories, employees);
splitting guest tabs (dividing guest tabs into two, or moving orders between two tabs);
reprinting bills,
voiding payments (voiding bills and deleting payment specification).

These operations are logged for management purposes and can be viewed in operational reports (see Restricted POS terminal operations ). In Tillypad XL POS the reasons must be specified by the employee on the POS terminal.

Reasons for restricted POS terminal operations are joined into groups. Groups are set by the developer. The end user cannot make any changes.
