Screen form print formats are used to print or preview data from data grids in any window. Screen form print formats contain one or more print templates for creating print outs, reports or other documents.

By default, screen form print formats only use information from the data grid in the screen form that they correspond to. If information from other screen forms is required, it can be retrieved using an additional query.

For example, a print format for printing a record from the Stock-in records could be modified with an additional query to retrieve data from the Companies and Employees directories.
