Stock item groups are used to combine stock items into logical groups for ease of use.

Available stock item groups are listed in the data grids of the Stock items and Stock item groups directories.

Each stock item group can be composed of some other groups. A stock item group with other groups inside is the parent group for these nested groups (child groups).

Changes made in either one of the Stock item groups or Stock items directories are immediately applied to the other directory.
