The Errors on closing store period operational report is used to view information about errors returned on closure of store periods.

As a result of the store period closure, stock-in and stock-out documents created earlier the specified date become locked for changes. Data contained in these documents are not used for processing other documents by the storekeeping system.

Three types of errors can occur when closing store periods. The first group of errors is related to the depletion of stock before it has been received. It means that stock-in records were created later than the closure of this stock period. The second group of errors is related to the depletion of stock that has never been received, i.e. stock-out does not correspond to any stock-in. The third group of errors is related to the fact that the store period contains documents that have not yet been processed.

The operational report can be generated for selected store groups or for selected closed store periods:

However, the Errors on closing store period by closed period operational report refers to only those documents that were created within selected store periods.
