Employees of your enterprise (waiters, cashiers, administrators etc.) who use the Tillypad XL system are system users. To operate Tillypad XL Manager or Tillypad XL POS , employees must be logged into the system.

Employee's details compose a user account .

There are several ways employees can log into the system:

You can specify employees' personal profiles. For each employee (or their personal profile) you can specify a language pack - defining the languages spoken by the employee. In this case, the interface and data will be displayed in the language (if available in the software) that is most convenient for the user.

User's access rights are determined by his or her user role. An employee can only access the information that is defined in the access settings for his or her user role.
