The Description panel displays licence information.

The Description panel is composed of the following viewing fields:

  • Status is the current licence state.

    Depending on the state of the licence, the field displays one of the following values:

    • In use – licence is temporarily unavailable.

    • OK – normal performance.

    • Error – licence error.

    • Unknown licence – licence could not be recognized by the application server.

    • Connection error – application server connection error.

    If the licence has a status other than OK, the licence functionality icon changes its colour: , , , or .

  • Functionality is the icon illustrating the supported functionality.

    • Front office,

    • Back office,

    • Store,

    • Reports,

    • Development.

    If a functionality is not supported by this licence holder, the following image is displayed: .

  • Start date is the start date of the licence validity.

  • End date is the end date of the licence validity.

  • Licence holder refers to the name and details of the company that was issued the licence.

  • Computer IP address is the IP address of the licence user’s work station.

  • Computer name is the network name of the computer.

  • Computer description is a brief text description of the computer.

  • Global address is the IP address of the server that performs the licence verification.

  • Global name is the network name of the server that performs the licence verification.
