The Butchering panel is intended to store butchering instructions, i.e. a list of the stock items obtained after the butchering of a large piece of meat (for example, a pork carcass
). This list includes all the stock items produced from the butchering process.
The Butchering panel contains a table with a list of stock items obtained by butchering. The table columns display attributes of the selected stock items. These stock items are transferred from the directory. Therefore, the directory should contain all of them.
