Abstract

TfmStoreArchives

The following store documents are used to manage stock items: stock-in records, stock-out records, stock movement records, stock adjustment records, butchering records, production records, development records, stocktaking records, sales records???.

These data can be used to generate reports over a certain period of time: a shift, a day, a week, a month, a quarter, etc. In order for the reports to remain valid, no changes can be made to the reference records. To prevent these changes, the store period closure operation is used.

A store period is the period of time specified for a store group. All documents created across all the stores of this store group over the specified period of time belong to this store period.

A store period can be started from a date not earlier than the close date of the previous store period created for the same store group. The close date is entered by the user.

The store period closure option makes the documents created within this store period unavailable for editing.

Once a store period is closed, all documents created during this time period are checked. While the documents are being checked, the Running status is assigned to the store period closure. If the documents are successfully checked, the OK status will be assigned. A store period cannot be closed if any of the following document types are found:

  • documents which have not been run on the store,

  • stock-out records which relate to a date later than the closure date,

  • stock-out records which have no related stock-in records.

To allow editing of these documents once again, you must delete the closed store period.

The Store period closure settings directory is used for working with store periods.
