The recipe mode is specified for stock item recipe ingredients and for store document specification items (except for Stock-in and Butchering records). There are three recipe modes: 1. By stock item concurrence – the stock item concurrence determines whether the recipe needs to be unfolded 2. Always without recipe – the stock item is always added without recipe 3. sdit_IsDeleted

При удалении пользователем продукта из спецификации, продукт не удаляется сразу из документа, а только помечается на удаление. Удаление произойдет только после проводки документа по складу, если не будет обнаружено причин припятствующих этой операции (закрытый период, есть списания с этой позиции и т.д.)
