Tillypad XL Manager allows you to remotely monitor the states and operations of system devices. Using a device console, you can view the job log for any device that is included in Tillypad XL and accessible via a local area network. However, you cannot control a device using the device console.

Device console is functionally a window with a list of the operations that have been run on the device, plus a filter parameter panel. The list of operations is displayed for the current operation period, i.e. from the moment the device was last started. If the device is not on, its job log will be empty.
