Remote guest tab surveillance is used to monitor how employees handle guest tabs. This function enables you to view the operations carried out on the selected guest tabs.
The guest tab operations list displays the following types of actions:
Open guest tab;
Submit order;
Deleting items: Delete order, Void order items, Delete timed service price schedule from order, Delete timed services from order;
Editing guest tab attributes: Change number of customers, Change table, Change guest tab promotion category, Hand over guest tab to another employee, Delete guest tab, Split guest tabs;
Send to payment and close;
Cancelling or repeating an operation: Void bill, Bill item void, Reprint bill;
Payment authorisation;
Fiscal registration;
Close guest tab (if it is closed);
Guest tab status (if the guest tab is not closed).
These actions are either recorded on the terminal (Restricted POS terminal operations) or in a sales document (order, bill, receipt, authorisation operation, fiscal registration). All actions can be viewed (by the date and time of the operation or the document).
If the operation was carried out either on the device under video surveillance or on the terminal, its recording can be viewed in the On date mode or on the terminal screen.
The window opens to allow the user to remotely control operations carried out on selected guest tabs.
