Filter wizards are used to retrieve data samples from a directory or list.

The window of the directory with filter wizard opens after you carry out the filter steps. The filter wizard determines the displayed part of the data grid according to the selected filter values. The values in the filter wizard are selected by the user.

If the filter is carried out by multiple parameters, the filter wizard will contain several steps. To navigate between filter wizard steps, use the Next > or < Back buttons. The directory window will open after you select a parameter value in the last step of the wizard and press Finish.

After you have completed the filter wizard step (or all steps in the case of a multistep filter wizard), pressing Finish will open the directory window with the filter wizard. This window will display the filter parameters panel and a data grid that matches the selected filter requirements.
