During the system installation, a virtual user role is created in the database; this user acts as a supervisor with unlimited rights. This user’s access settings allow him/her to have full access to all program data. The supervisor role is used for the initial configuration of Tillypad XL.

To create a new or restore a deleted user role, use the TPRestoreSupervisor.exe utility program. It provides quick access to the database server and allows you to create or restore the virtual supervisor user role and its access settings.

After executing the utility program, you can log into Tillypad XL Manager using the selected username and password and proceed through the system as the supervisor.
