The Authorisation device types directory contains information about all types of authorisation devices that have been added to the system.

A new type of authorisation device is added to the directory automatically when you add a new authorisation device to the system if the type of this authorisation device is not already in the directory.

You cannot edit general attributes of authorisation device types. However, you can edit the additional attributes of the directory items added by the user by making notes.
