Regular customer phone window

The Phones panel is used for entering regular customer phone numbers.

Note

The regular customer phone number entered when the client's order was taken in Delivery mode is automatically added to the Phones panel specification if the this phone number does not yet exist in the Regular customers directory.

Data grid column:

  • Phone is the phone number used to contact the regular customer.

The context menu of the panel data grid contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a new phone number to the regular customer specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits the phone number in the regular customer specification.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes the phone number from the regular customer specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new phone number to the specification, use the New regular customer phone entry window. Phone numbers can be edited in the Regular customer phone and Regular customer phones editor windows.

When you delete regular customer phone numbers from the specification, a permanent delete confirmation prompt appears.
