Additional parameter window

The Additional parameters panel is used to manage additional device parameters. Additional parameters allow you to configure the software module to control an actual or virtual device.

Data grid columns:

  • Additional device parameter indicates the additional device parameter.

  • Index is the sequence order in which additional device parameters are applied.

  • Device is a device for which the additional parameter is used.

Context menu commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds additional parameters to the device specification.

  • Edit (F2) – edits additional device parameters.

  • Delete(Del) – permanently deletes additional device parameters from the device specification.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new additional device parameter to the specification, please use the New additional parameter entry window. To edit parameter attributes, use the Additional parameter or Additional parameters Additional parameters editor windows.

When you delete additional device parameters from a specification, a confirm permanent deletion prompt is used.
