The Photograph panel lets you select a photo of the person after you have uploaded an image file (in *.*.jpg, *.ico, *.bmp format):

This panel contains just one combo box. The panel contains a single combo box that is used to display the image and its file attributes (file name, size and image resolution).

The Open window opens so that you can insert an image from this box to a field.
