Access panel in the Sales rule window

The Access panel is used to specify the security level either directly assigned to the sales rule or inherited by it.
The Access panel is composed of one field:
Security level is the security level assigned to the sales rule. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security level of the sales rule is inherited from the system settings, its name will appear in green.
The security level assigned to the sales rule determines the access rights for this sales rule only.
