of your enterprise (waiters, cashiers, administrators, etc.) who use the Tillypad XL system are considered system users. To operate Tillypad XL Manager or Tillypad XL POS, employees must be logged into the system.
An employee's details compose a user account.
There are several ways employees can log in to the system:
present their ID,
enter their username and password,
easy login mode in Tillypad XL POS:
select a user from the list,
enter their quick selection code.
You can create personal profiles for employees. For each employee (or his/her personal profile), you can specify a language pack, which shows the languages spoken by the employee. In this case, the interface and data will be displayed in the language (if available in the software) that is most convenient for the user.
The user's access rights are determined by his or her user role. An employee can only access the information that is defined in the access settings for his or her user role.
