Here are the main sales operations you can perform in the mode:
select a table for a client;
create a guest tab, which also includes:
taking an order from the client, adding the order to the guest tab;
send the guest tab to payment (the guest tab can be closed or left open).
In the mode you can carry out the following operations on guest tabs:
split the guest tab and transfer some of its orders into a new or an existing guest tab;
change the number of customers,
change the promotion category,
change the table,
change the employee who is responsible for a given guest tab;
close without payment an empty guest tab or a guest tabs, the orders of which have been sent to payment;
save changes made to a guest tab without submitting the order (save an unready guest tab).
run operations on guest tab orders:
delete an order from the guest tab;
run payment operations (if working with bills is allowed).
