Auto-orders directory

The Auto-orders directory is used to manage the list of auto-orders.

Location: SalesDirectoriesAuto-orders.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is the name of the auto-order.

  • Description is a brief description of the auto-order.

  • Security level indicates the security level assigned to the auto-order.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds auto-orders.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of auto-orders.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes auto-orders to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new auto-order, use the New auto-order and New auto-orders entry windows. To edit attributes of auto-orders, use the Auto-order and Auto-orders windows.

When you delete auto-orders, a confirmation prompt appears.

To select auto-orders from window fields of other directories and lists, use the Select auto-order window.
