Name is the name (number) of the points accruing or deducting operation included into the guest tab specification.

Guest tab indicates the guest tab.

Point type is the point type used in the points operations.

Date is the date and time when the points operation was performed.

Number of points denotes the number of points.

Description is the description of the points operation that is included into the specification.

Deposit type designates the method of adding points.

Add (Ins) – adds a points accrual or deduction operation to the guest tab specification.

The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status.

Edit / View (F2) – edits or displays points operations in the guest tab specification.

The Edit command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status. The View command is only available for guest tabs with the In payment or Closed status.

Delete (Del) – permanently deletes the selected points operations from the guest tab specification.

The command is available only for guest tabs with the Open or Open for changes status.

Status – menu with the commands to alter the document status.

When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.

Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
