Access panel in the Keyboard shortcut action type window

The Access panel is used to specify the security level either directly assigned to the keyboard shortcut action type or inherited by it.
The Access panel displays the field:
Security level is the security level assigned to a keyboard shortcut action type. This is a required field.
Please select a security level in the window.
If the security level of the keyboard shortcut action type was inherited from the system settings, its name will appear in green.
