The Filter panel displays filter parameters, which correspond to wizard steps. To carry out the shortcut action, you need to perform the steps of this filter wizard.

Before the filter wizard is completed, all filter parameter panels will display the message Not initialised. The filter wizard appears when you select the Test query command in the context menu of the Query panel.
