Access panel in the Menu unit of measurement window

The Access panel is intended to specify the security category either directly assigned to the selected menu unit of measurement or inherited by it.
The Access panel displays the field:
Security level – the security category assigned to the menu unit of measurement. This is a required field.
Please select a level in the window.
If the security category of the selected menu unit of measurement is inherited from system settings, it will appear in green.
The security category assigned to the menu unit of measurement specifies access settings only for this unit of measurement.
