The following windows are used when working with elements of prepaid credits specification for orders:

All these windows are opened from the context menu of the Prepaid credits specification panel data grid.

You can open the editor window by using the Edit command. From there, you can modify one or more elements of the prepaid credits specification in an order.

Window fields:

  • Order is the number of the order associated with the element of the prepaid credits specification. This is a required field.

  • Parent is the parent item of the order specification.

    Please select an item in the Select order item window.

  • Menu item is a menu item that belongs to the Prepaid credits class. This is a required field.

    Please select a menu item in the Select menu item window.

  • Price is the amount paid with a menu item of the prepaid credits class.

  • VAT, % is the value added tax (VAT) rate expressed as percentage.

  • VAT price is the size of the value added tax added to the price. It is expressed in monetary units.

  • Sales department indicates the sales department in which the order payment is accounted for.

  • Index is the sequence order of the item in the prepaid credits specification of the order.

  • Comment is a short comment on the element of prepaid credits specification for orders

Click OK to save data. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

The Elements of prepaid credits specification for orders window opens if two or more entries are selected in the prepaid credits specification for orders.

The fields are similar to those in the Element of prepaid credits specification for orders window.

You can open the New element of prepaid credits specification for orders window by using the Add command. From there, you can add a new element to the prepaid credits specification for an order.
