The Specification panel is used for entering and editing stock items in the stock-out record specification.
The Specification panel is composed of a table with a list of stock items included in the stock-out record.
Data grid columns:
Stock item indicates the stock item included in the specification of the stock-out record.
Quantity denotes the quantity of the stock item.
Unit (stock item) is the unit of measurement for the stock item.
Price is the stock item price per unit of measurement.
Total designates the total value of the stock item, excluding VAT.
Concurrence is the name of the stock item concurrence associated with the stock item.
VAT % denotes the VAT rate applicable to the stock item.
VAT amount is the amount of the value added tax.
Incl. VAT is the total amount payable, including VAT.
Stock item group indicates the stock item group to which the stock item belongs.
Type indicates the stock item type.
Class is the name of the class with which the stock item is associated.
Price by cost is the price of the item after cost price calculation.
Total by cost price denotes the calculated cost price of the stock item.
Total cost of ingredient is the calculated cost price of a stock item that functions as an ingredient in a compound stock item's recipe.
Cold preparation wastage % denotes the percentage of the stock item quantity modified during cold preparation.
Net is the net quantity of the stock item after cold preparation.
Cooking wastage % denotes the percentage by which the quantity of the stock item changes as a result of cooking.
Yield is the yield of the stock item after cold preparation and cooking wastage.
Status (store) designates the status of the stock-out record specification item. The status is assigned when the document is processed by the storekeeping system.
Comment is a short text comment.
Document indicates the number of the stock-out record in which the selected stock item is included.
Parent indicates the stock item, the recipe of which contains the listed stock item. This field is applicable to child items only.
Index designates the place of the stock item in the stock-out record specification.
Calculated defines whether the stock item is calculated.
Calculation should be carried out for stock items whose on-hand levels are lower than those specified in the stock-out record specification.
The specification context menu contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a stock item to the stock-out record specification.
This command is accessible only in specifications of stock-out records with the Not ready status.
(F2) – edits or displays stock-out record specification items.
The Not ready status, provided the specification has at least one stock item. If the record has either the Ready or Registered status, the command in the context menu is replaced with the command.
command is only enabled in the specifications of stock-out records with the(Del) – permanently deletes the selected items from the stock-out record specification.
The Not ready, provided the specification has at least one stock item.
command is only enabled in the specifications of stock-out records with the statusdirectory to add them sequentially to the stock-out record specification.

The command is enabled only if the specification item that caused an error during document processing by the store software has been deleted.

When you select one or more documents with the same status, their current status will not be available in the context menu. When you select documents with different statuses, all possible statuses will be available in the context menu.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

New specification items are added using the and entry windows.
The and editor windows are used for editing specification items. A sequential editor window can also be used for editing; this window is also named .
The window is used to select a parent item.
A confirm permanent deletion prompt appears when you delete stock-out record specification items.
If the stock-out record has the status Ready or Registered, no changes can be made to its specification. In this case, the specification items become read-only, and the command is replaced with the command in the context menu:
