The Preset parameter configuration panel is used to view, enter, and edit the filter wizard steps for which default values have been specified.

The Preset parameter configuration panel data grid is composed of the following columns:

  • Name specifies the names of the filter wizard steps that will be used for preliminary data selection. This data is required for promotion formulas.

  • Form class is the name of the form class that corresponds to the filter step windows.

  • Caption shows the hint captions that will be displayed in filter step windows.

  • Caption header shows the hint caption headers that will be displayed in filter step windows.

  • Header contains filter parameter panel headers.

  • Required shows whether the filter wizard steps are required.

  • Index is a number that defines the sequence in which the filter wizard steps will be carried out.

  • Required selection is a flag to indicate whether the selection of values for filter parameters is mandatory for execution.

The context menu of the Preset parameter configuration panel contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds filter steps to the table on the filter settings panel.

  • Edit (F2) – edits attributes of active filter steps in the table on the filter settings panel.

  • Delete (Del) – permanently deletes filter steps from the table on the filter settings panel.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add a new filter step to the data grid of the Preset parameter configuration panel, use the New filter step entry window. To edit attributes of the filter step, use the Filter step editor window. To view a read-only filter wizard step, use the Filter step viewing window.

When you delete filter wizard steps from the data grid on the Preset parameter configuration panel, a confirm permanent deletion prompt appears.
