The
directory is used to manage store groups.Location of the directory window:
– – .Data grid columns:
Name is the name of the store group.
Description is a brief description of the store group.
Security level is the security level assigned to the store group.
Organisation is the name of the partner value in which you must specify the details of your own enterprise.
Segment is the name of the segment to which the store group corresponds.
Cost price recalculation shows whether the cost price needs to be recalculated.
Recalculate indicates whether purchase price recalculation needs to be carried out.
Interval is the time interval between each instance of purchase price calculation.
Period is the period of time over which store documents are collected to be used for purchase price recalculation.
System is a tag identifying system objects.
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a new store group.
(F2) – edits the selected store groups.
– menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.
– menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.
– menu with the commands to operate the data grid.
In order to add new store groups to the directory, use the and entry windows. The and editor windows is used for editing items in the directory.
A confirm deletion prompt appears when you delete stores from the
directory.The window is used to select store groups from fields in other windows.
