The Business day processing panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Processing indicates whether or not sales records need to be processed.

Please choose between: Active and Inactive. The default option is Active.

If you select Active, sales records related to this division will be created and updated in the interval specified in the Interval field. If you select Inactive, sales records will not be created in this division.

  • Interval is the time interval between the generation of each sales record.

The Interval field has a drop-down list with the following commands:

    • Less than 24-hour period – the interval is less than a day. Sales records are created after specified intervals. Intervals are displayed in the format HH:MM:SS, for example, 08:00:00.

    • More than 24-hour period – the interval is more than a day. Sales records are created in intervals that are longer than a 24-hour period. Intervals are displayed in the format DD d. HH:MM:SS, for example, 3 d. 12:00:00.

    • On day close – the interval is equal to the time period between the closures of business days. Sales records are generated at the end of each business day.

The default option is On day close.

  • Register sales records indicates the sales records registration method. Please choose between: Manual and Automatic.

The default option is Automatic. In this case sales records are generated with the status Registered and are automatically run on the store. If you select Manual, sales records will be generated with the status Not ready. In order to run them on the store, the user should manually select the status Registered.
