Windows used for managing directory contents:
All of these windows are opened from the data grid context menu in the directory.
You can open the editor window by using the command. From here, you can modify attributes of one or more keyboard shortcut actions.
If one entry is selected in the data grid, the editor window opens. The window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name indicates the keyboard shortcut action. This is a required field.
Names for keyboard shortcut actions are used when assigning functions to keyboard keys in the directory.
Description is a brief description of the keyboard shortcut action.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Type designates the type of the keyboard shortcut action. This is a required field.
Filter parameters denotes the panels of filter parameters that match the filter wizard steps.
Filter wizard steps are used to develop the input parameters needed to execute queries.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When two or more keyboard shortcut actions are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. The name of the window changes to .
The fields are similar to those in the window.

You can open the entry window by using the command or by pasting one shortcut action from the clipboard.
