Personal profile group window

The following windows are used to work with personal profile groups:

All of these windows are opened from the data grids in the Personal profiles and Personal profile groups directories.

The Edit command opens the editor window where you can edit attributes of one or more personal profile groups.

If you select one entry in the data grid, the Personal profile group editor window is opened. The window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.

The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:

  • Parent group indicates the name of the personal profile group to which this group belongs.

    You can select the parent group from the Select personal profile group window.

  • Name is the personal profile group. This is a required field.

  • Description is a description of a personal profile group

    Any additional information can be entered in this field.

Click OK to save data. Selecting Apply will save data without closing the window. Selecting Cancel will close the window without saving data.

If two or more groups are selected in the table, the multiple personal profile groups editor window is opened. In this case the window name changes to Personal profile groups. a panel with a list of the selected items is added to the window.

The fields are similar to those in the Personal profile group window.

In the entry window, you can add one or more personal profile groups.

You can open the New personal profile group entry window by using the Add command in the Personal profile groups directory data grid or the Add group command in the Personal profiles directory data grid. Alternatively, you can open the window by pasting a personal profile group from the clipboard.
