Windows used to manage the directory:
All of these windows are opened from the context menu of the directory.
The editor window is opened by using the command when one or more stock adjustment record types are selected.
If one stock adjustment record type is selected, the editor window will open. The window is composed of the Properties and Access panels.
The Properties panel is composed of the following fields:
Name is the name of the stock adjustment record type. This is a required field.
This name is an extra parameter of a stock adjustment record. It allows stock adjustment records to be grouped in the document list according to user-defined criteria.
Description is a brief description of the stock adjustment record type.
Any additional information can be entered in this field.
Click to save data. Selecting will save data without closing the window. Selecting will close the window without saving data.
When multiple stock adjustment record types are selected for editing, the multiple editor window opens. The title in the window header changes to . It has a panel displaying a list of the selected elements.
The fields are similar to those in the editor window.
The entry window is used to add one or more new stock adjustment record types to the directory.
The entry window is opened by using the command or by adding a record from the clipboard.
The fields are similar to those in the editor window.
The entry window opens when multiple stock adjustment record types are added from the clipboard.
