You can cancel a delivery if its guest tab has one of the following statuses: Waiting for confirmation, Waiting for preparation, Preparation started, En route or Ready, not sent. When you cancel a delivery, its guest tab is deleted.

To cancel a delivery, select the desired guest tab from the list and choose the Cancel delivery command in the context menu.

A confirm deletion prompt will appear.

To confirm that you want to cancel the delivery and delete the guest tab, press Next. This will open a window where you can select a reason for deleting the guest tab.

Select a reason for deleting the delivery guest tab and press OK. This will delete the delivery guest tab.
