The
directory is used to manage day type settings.Day type configuration involves the creation of a weekly schedule, which determines when certain day types will apply to divisions. The schedule is recurring (weekly). You can also create exceptions, through which you can set concrete start and end dates for the application of a day type.
Day type settings can be made for a future time period, as well as for individual date ranges within this period, on set days of the week, or only on specific dates. In the Filter panel, you can select any number of weeks from 1 to 100 for which to display day type settings. The Filter panel is used to narrow down the number of displayed settings, not to limit their application.

Data grid columns:
The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:
(Ins) – adds a day type setting for days of the week (recurs weekly).
(Alt+Ins) – adds a day type setting for special days (single non-recurring time periods).
(F2) – edits attributes of day type settings.
(Del) – permanently deletes day type settings.
– hides/displays special days in the directory data grid.
Clicking on this command will display either all settings (if the command is checked) or only settings for days of the week (if the command is not checked).
(Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

To add a day type setting for days of the week, use the entry window. To edit attributes of day type settings for days of the week, use the and editor windows.
To add a day type setting for a specific date, use the entry window. To edit attributes of day type settings that apply to specific dates, use the and editor windows.
When you delete day type settings, a confirm permanent deletion prompt appears.
