The Tillypad XL system allows you to provide meals to your employees and to record this service. To set up this task, you will use auto-orders and the guest tab creation device that generates guest tabs when employees scan their IDs.

When an employee presents his/her ID at the food service counter in the company cafeteria, a new guest tab is opened. An order with menu items from the auto-order specification is added to the guest tab; then the guest tab closes.

The menu items added to employee meals are accounted for in sales records.

Configuring the free employee meals system

For example, let’s assume you need to set up three free meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for every business day.
