Sales copying modes settings directory

The Sales copying modes settings directory is used to manage the rules according to which sales data are transferred from one division to another.

Data grid columns:

  • Name is the name of the sales copying mode.

  • Description is a brief description of the sales copying mode.

  • Security level is the security level assigned to the sales copying mode.

  • Source division denotes the division from which sales data are copied.

  • Recipient division indicates the division to which the sales data are copied.

  • System is a tag identifying system objects.

The context menu of the directory contains the following commands:

  • Add (Ins) – adds a sales copying mode.

  • Edit (F2) – edits settings in the sales copying modes data grid.

  • Delete (Del) – deletes sales copying modes to the Recycle bin.

  • Export – menu with the commands to export files into an external file or update package.

  • Clipboard – menu with the commands to operate the clipboard.

  • Print (Ctrl+P) – generates print layouts.

  • Summary functions – menu with the commands to manage the summary functions of the data grid.

  • Additional functions – menu with the commands to operate the data grid.

To add new settings to the sales copying modes data grid, use the New sales copying mode and New sales copying modes entry windows.

To edit attributes, use the Sales copying mode or Sales copying modes editor windows.

When you delete sales copying modes from the settings directory, a confirmation prompt appears.
