The panel displays a keyboard design window that shows a keyboard format.

The context menu on the panel contains the following commands to assign functions to keyboard keys and to cancel the assignment:

  • Edit (F2) – changes the function of a separate keyboard key.

  • Clear (Del) – cancels the assigned function of one or more keyboard keys.

You can assign a function to a keyboard key in the Element editor window.

After you have assigned a function to a keyboard key, it displays an icon that signifies this function. If you hover your mouse over the keyboard key, a tooltip will be displayed with the name of the assigned function.
