The Preset parameters panel displays the values that are used by default when the filter wizard is launched. This filter wizard is run prior to print layout generation.

The list of filter wizard steps with preset parameters is stored in the Preset parameter configuration panel data grid.

Before the filter wizard is launched, all filter parameter panels display the message Not initialised. You can launch the filter wizard by selecting the Test query command in the context menu of the Query panel. Alternatively, you can initiate the wizard by selecting the Update command from the context menu of the Update multipurpose button ( Print panel in the Print layout window).
